The Hopkins Family

 Family and Friends,

Today, I am participating in KSU Miracle’s Dance Marathon! I will stand 12 hours today for the children who can’t. I just listened to the Hopkins’ story (one of our Miracle Families) and I have decided to raise money for them. There are four siblings, Marlee Anne, Michala, Mary Elizabeth and Abe. Michala has been diagnosed with Aicardi Syndrome. She has also fought and beat Angiosarcoma Cancer in her leg! Abe spent the first 7 weeks of his life in the NICU at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and worked with doctors for 6 years to try and get answers. In 2014, Mary Elizabeth and Abe both passed away far too soon. While they are up in heaven with Jesus, their sisters Marlee Anne and Michala carry on their legacy for all to know. Children’s Healthcare provided the necessary services and hospitality to this amazing family. To continuously have a reliable and state of the art Children’s hospital, I am raising money for them.
